About Us

4-D International was established in Sydney in 1993. It's regarded as one of Australia's leading concert promoters, renowned for creating and producing the popular Opera in the Vineyards, Twilight at Taronga and Party in the Park annual open-air concert series. With their winning combination of food, wine, superb settings and great entertainment, these events have captivated more than a million people over three decades.

The reason for the name came about when Founder and Concert Promoter, Paul Chesher, wanted to create that extra dimension to the concert experience - hence the name 4-D. In 2015, the name was altered slightly, allowing those to understand the company and its purpose... then, 4Di Touring emerged!

Our recent tours have included the eagerly awaited and much anticipated Australian debut of opera superstar Angela Gheorghiu, at the Sydney Opera House and Arts Centre Melbourne. We welcomed jazz royalty to our shores, Grammy Award Winner Patti Austin, and one of the standout jazz vocalists of our time, Chicago's Kurt Elling, for national tours with acclaimed international trumpeter, James Morrison.

In 2023, we proudly presented a sold out Australian debut tour of Award-Winning American singer, Lisa Simone. She thrilled audiences around the country with a very special show in honour of the music and legacy of her mother, Dr Nina Simone.

4Di Touring showcases the unique aspects of the venue and manages every aspect of the event from concept to staging, sponsorship to promotion, finances to ticketing, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and safely to the mutual satisfaction of audiences, performers, hosts and sponsors.
